Job Description

The Lead Microsoft Consultant will support the implementation of a new case management system using the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure. They will be the primary point of contact with the customer. They will work with client stakeholders and perform activities such as identifying and modeling process requirements, creating user stories from business requirements, identifying and modeling data requirements, defining business rules, assisting in configuring the solution, identifying test requirements, creating test cases, and perform testing. They will use their knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform to align business requirements to viable implementation designs and will assist with configuration of solutions in the Power Platform. They will also serve as the Scrum Master for a small development team. Overall, candidate must ensure the solution delivered by Procentrix fully satisfies client mission/business needs and expectations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $125K to $150K (annualized USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a business or systems analyst on IT systems development projects using Microsoft technologies
• At least 2 years of experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics CE, including Model-driven Power Apps configuration
• Experience leading small development teams
• Experience as the primary point of contact with customer leadership
• Experience working under an Agile Scrum methodology
• Experience facilitating business requirements gathering and definition
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience working on consulting engagements with direct customer interaction
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be a US Citizen

Desirable Skills

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications highly desired
• Certified Scrum Master
• Power BI and Power Automate configuration/development is highly desired
• Federal Government consulting experience
