Your Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Dynamics NAVISION Architecture:
    • Lead the design implementation and maintenance of Dynamics NAVISION systems.
    • Develop and enforce best practices and standards for NAVISION architecture.
    • Perform detailed impact analysis before executing any changes or upgrades.
    • Continuously improve the performance of NAVISION applications.
  2. SQL Architecture:
    • Architect and optimize complex SQL queries and database structures.
    • Implement and manage SQL replication and backup strategies.
    • Oversee SQL job scheduling maintenance and troubleshooting.
    • Enhance SQL server performance and reliability.
  3. C# .NET Development:
    • Architect and develop robust C# .NET applications.
    • Ensure seamless integration of .NET solutions with other systems.
    • Lead the team in adhering to best practices in coding testing and deployment.
  4. DevOps and Cost Management:
    • Design and implement effective DevOps pipelines and processes.
    • Forecast and manage infrastructure and operational costs.
    • Oversee continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  5. PowerShell Scripting:
    • Utilize PowerShell for automation configuration management and system administration tasks.
    • Write maintain and optimize PowerShell scripts for various operational needs.
  6. Networking and Security:
    • Design and maintain network infrastructure ensuring optimal performance and security.
    • Manage firewall configurations and troubleshoot network issues.
    • Ensure compliance with security policies and protocols.
  7. Performance Improvement:
    • Analyze and improve performance across NAVISION SQL Windows Network and Active Directory environments.
    • Implement proactive measures to enhance system performance and reliability.
  8. Project Management:
  • Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
  1. Incident Management:
  • Develop and implement incident management processes and protocols.
  • Respond to and resolve technical incidents in a timely manner.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain incident logs and generate reports for management review.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We are seeking a highly experienced Dynamics NAVISION Technical Architect with over 15+ years of experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Dynamics NAVISION SQL C# .NET and DevOps alongside robust knowledge of PowerShell scripting networking and firewall management. The role demands a strategic thinker capable of performing impact analysis improving performance and optimizing systems across various technical domains.
