This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work.
The Analytics Lead will be responsible for the leading analytics for the H-D Apparel line. The Analytics Lead will own diving into data to develop actionable insights, lead cross channel measurement and campaign performance against targets, and outcome reporting for the apparel team. The Lead will be responsible for and oversee all channel and platform analytics, across the funnel. You will develop a detailed understanding of the key data sources and channels while you identify, build, and maintain the key metrics and measurement strategy for this important H-D business unit.
The Analytics Lead must have experience driving a cohesive, cross-channel measurement and reporting strategy to meet business objectives, exhibit excellent analytical skills, be detail and solution-oriented, and be tenacious in their ability to track down data to drive meaningful insights, and work well across business partners.
In this role you will:
- Develop analytics strategy for new channel and marketing components or site updates.
- Dive deep into data to find valuable insights to optimize business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross functional key stakeholders including Ecommerce, Marketing, Brand, Finance to align on needs and roadmap reporting and measurement development.
- Communicate and present findings to colleagues and senior leaders, by telling stories from data and turning data into insights that help improve results to optimize KPIs
- Build and manage reporting, dashboards, & deliverables for customer acquisition, advertising, eCommerce, media, website, consumer, and inventory, and other analytics needs.
- Analysis of impact and performance of website changes/optimizations; provide recommendations.
- Analysis of website traffic sources; provide insights and recommendations to drive business and acquisition through paid media, SEM, SEO, email, and other traffic drivers.
- Analysis of web page performance; provide recommendations (e.g. form conversion rate • quality of UX, quality of traffic by source, etc.)
- Lead the development of multi-variant tests including approach and hypotheses by partnering with stakeholders execute tests, measure, share insights, and make recommendations.
- Tagging - Work with external partners to implement website tags for performance tracking.
- 8 years of relevant experience in related roles
- Direct experience in an ecommerce, analytics, or business analyst role supporting Digital campaigns, including paid search, paid social, and YouTube, ideally for a B2C/DTC brand
- Demonstrated experience with A/B testing, incrementality testing, and sophisticated measurement techniques and attribution models.
- Familiarity with incrementality, media mix modeling (MMM), Multi-touch Attribution (MTA), measurement specifications, data collection, data schema, benchmarks, standardization, and documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Experience working in agile and lean environments
- Knowledge of Excel functions and methods for manipulating, aggregating, and presenting data
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Advertising, or related area is preferred
- Data Visualization platforms; Alteryx, Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI
- Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Hotjar, other measurement solutions
- Microsoft Azure, BigCommerce, SAP, etc
- DSP, ESP, CDP, CRM, Media Buying Platforms
- Familiarity with SQL, R and/or Python a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills, tools and technologies
The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
