E-Commerce Assistant for Central Eastern Europe (all genders)

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As an E-commerce Assistant for the CEE cluster (PL, CZ, SK, HR, RO, SI, HU, Baltics), you will help the E-commerce Managers to capture local demand and drive strong growth by providing attractive campaigns, assortment and brands to make our online offer locally relevant to our customers. We are specifically looking for candidates from either CZ and/or SK. However, we are open to also meet candidates from the other CEE markets.

WHY YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED

• Drive operational excellence in the markets by planning, coordinating and executing sales and content campaigns.

• Conduct weekly and adhoc assortment and website performance analyses and planning and executing actions to capture maximal local demand in line with the local trading strategy. 

• Plan, implement, analyse and develop onsite/homepage campaigns and navigation points to optimise the customer journey and drive business performance.

• Provide input on the local market needs, customer profiles, competitive landscape and identify assortment related business opportunities.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF HAVE

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar function, preferably at a multi-national fashion online retailer, you round off your professional achievements by at least a bachelor’s degree

• Result-oriented mentality with a strong drive to get things done and ability to work independently

• Good analytical skills and commercial mindset and some understanding of online fashion trading; good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Analytics knowledge is a plus.

• Knowledge of the competitive landscape and latest fashion trends in one of the CEE  markets, preferably CZ and/or SK

• Meticulous and detail oriented
