E-Commerce Associate

We are looking for a self-motivated problem solver who is not scared to push the extra mile. This position requires a lot of independent research and ability to do a similar task multiple times a day, time management is necessary. The applicant must be well grounded, willing to learn, innovative and a team player who can grow and add value to our company. We sell various office prodiucts online on our website and on other marketplace platforms. Our E-Commerce Team has a lot of passion for what we do, and we'd like to hire someone who can share that! It is a fun place to work for, but also can be very intense. We are looking to hire a Part to Full-time person for the following tasks: • Process E-commerce Orders • Customer service related to E-Commerce • Create listing and modify listing - research / reprice / stratagize how to ensure products sell swiftly • Customer service related to E-commerce / web sales • Work closely with our: pricing teams, and marketing teams to get the best possible information needed to continuously improve how we showcase and merchandise our products to our customers across all shopping channels. • Create, Edit, and clean up Contents.. • Monitor all marketing channels, also monitor market trends.. • Regularly review product pages on-site to ensure content is accurate, current and is presented in a way that encourages surprise, delight, and conversion to sales. • Able to work independently. Experience and Job Qualifications: • Must be diligent and detail oriented. • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Self-Disciplined professional with ability to achieve targets • Good team player and willing to work under pressure • Prior E commerce Sales Experience is a Plus • Computer Literate - able to operate Office, Outlook, EXCEL (MUST) • Can read, write, and speak English • Know or understand FBA /E bay / any and Sales Portal (PLUS) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $17.25 per hour Work Location: In person
