Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

• Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with business stakeholders to elicit and document their functional requirements.

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology.

• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Solution Design:

• Design and document detailed functional specifications for ecommerce features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.

• Develop process flows, data mappings, and system configurations to support the implementation of ecommerce solutions.

Implementation:

• Provide functional guidance and support during the implementation phase, ensuring that the solution meets the defined requirements.

• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve any functional issues or discrepancies.

• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify that the solution meets business expectations
