Position Overview:

As an E-commerce Integration Specialist, you will be a crucial member of the Brand Support Team. Your primary role will be to troubleshoot and address integration issues between Flip and various e-commerce platforms, with a special focus on platforms like Shopify. This is a high growth potential role.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with brands to understand and diagnose e-commerce integration challenges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve e-commerce integration issues in a timely manner.
• Provide support to brands in optimizing their integration for a seamless shopping experience on Flip.
• Collaborate with the technical team to report common issues and suggest long-term solutions.
• General Brand Support: Act as a primary point of contact for brands, assisting with diverse inquiries, providing training, and ensuring that they utilize the full potential of Flip's platform.

Requirements

• 2 years experience managing e-commerce operations on storefront. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for technical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with brands and internal teams.
• A collaborative spirit and ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
• Proficient with excel formulas.

• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Compensation: $22-26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
