E-Commerce Lead

Revivn is an ITAD with a large presence on BackMarket, eBay, and Reebelo. We are seeking a motivated individual with business / e-commerce experience to lead our NY E-Commerce team.

In this role you will:

• Master the 'Individual Sale' process of extracting value from our Inbound / Receiving Dept.
• Develop a foundational understanding of our internal software/systems, which we use to both list items and track sales.
• Assist in building a team around our e-commerce processes.
• Identify areas of potential improvement within our processes and get creative to find potential solutions.
• Assist in training and performance managing team members.
• Explore potentially new sustainable revenue streams. 
• Willing to be hands on and work alongside their team.

We’re ideally seeking:

• High School or Equivalent required, B.A. strongly preferred
• 1-2 years of eCommerce experience
• 1 year of experience overseeing/leading a small team
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and general e-commerce marketplaces
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Technical skills and/or aptitude for testing consumer electronics

The salary for a E-Commerce Lead is $22/hr.
