E-Commerce Manager (Poland)

SharkNinja are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join our expanding Central European Direct to Consumer Team. Reporting to the E-Commerce Director DACH, you will contribute towards managing our online content, range availability, and overall digital consumer experience for SharkNinja in Poland.

Sales through our digital channels are a key part of our continued growth strategy and you will have the opportunity to develop a career in this market leading space. This role will be an integral part of our fast growing and progressive D2C business. The ideal candidate will bring digital marketing, merchandising, and trading knowledge as well as a deep understanding of online consumer behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of all D2C activities for the brand in Poland, supported by the E-Commerce Director DACH
  • Oversee planning and implementation of new product launches, digital promotional activity and pricing with support from the regional hub.
  • Ensuring best in class digital content is presented across our D2C websites
  • Monitoring day-to-day website activity, considering the consumer journey
  • Managing the D2C forecasting process for new and existing product categories
  • Driving sales and conversions across the sites through development of the merchandising strategy & trade plan, whilst managing gross margin and forecast attainment
  • Identifying trading risks & opportunities and communicating them to the wider business
  • Reporting on website performance, and taking action to deliver improvements
  • Manage and support members of the team, setting expectations and establishing best practices and process improvements as appropriate

What you will be doing:

  • Working collaboratively with D2C teams and wider business, leading ecommerce strategy discussions, and building campaign activation plans
  • Reviewing online content before go-live to ensure it’s effective and managing detail-oriented optimisations to drive continuous improvements and maximise sales opportunities
  • Reporting on sales performance, gross margin and forecast attainment in key product categories, analysing & presenting data and insights to stakeholders
  • Building relationships with stakeholders to develop effective trading plans for the D2C business and achieve key deliverables on focus initiatives
  • Managing forecast accuracy and inventory levels to ensure product availability through D2C sites
  • Driving value-add activity to optimise sales metrics, increasing profitability and average selling price across the brand
  • Helping to manage workload and priorities within the Merchandising Team

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of the digital environment and consumer journey
  • 3 years+ experience in a similar role with experience in product Merchandising, Digital Sales & commercial trading
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to react to change in a fast-paced environment, working independently or as part of a team
  • Experience using E-Commerce platforms to manage digital content and promotions
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, making active contributions to drive key objectives
  • Self-starter with effective time management and organisation skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and interpretation of commercial sales data
  • Prior experience in analytics platforms & performance tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
