About the Role:
The E-Commerce Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining all B2B and B2C E-Commerce marketing efforts for Snap! Store. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our product team and customer-facing sales team to achieve KPIs, create market growth and achieve E-Commerce revenue goals. You will be responsible for the messaging, long-term planning and day-to-day management of integrated marketing promotions and campaigns. This is a role requiring versatility, strong idea generation and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Â
This is Full time remote position.
E-Commerce Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, and analyze demand generation campaigns in a variety of inbound and outbound marketing channels including online storefront, email marketing, digital advertising, search engine marketing, social media, etc.Â
- Develop and optimize E-Commerce programs that improve retention, engagement, and loyalty – maximizing the customer experience and perceived value of the brand through data, testing, and personalization.Â
- Create and maintain a calendar to align with holidays, key selling times, promotions, and inventory levels.Â
- Analyze customer feedback and user activity data to drive continuous improvement.Â
- Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, Sales, Market Research) to ensure alignment and prioritize efforts.Â
- Seek out, analyze, and synthesize data, both internal and external, to bring fresh insights.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities in an E-Commerce Marketing Manager:
- 2+ years of E-Commerce Marketing experience Â
- Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Â
- Solid project management and organization skills.Â
- Remarkable attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and toggle between long-term strategies and short-term tasks easily.Â
- Proven ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders in multiple departments.Â
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.Â
- Ability to get results in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Â
- Strong analytics and business acumen, leveraging results to make recommendations for future actions.Â
- Positive and entrepreneurial-minded team player with an internal drive to hit goals and deadlines.Â
- Experience in a start-up environment is preferred. 
Compensation: $80k - $100k Depending on level of experienceÂ
