Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support with a solid understanding of technical and business terminology.
- Familiarize and align with the organization's operations, procedures, and key personnel.
Information Management
- Gather, compile, verify, and analyze data for various documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and press releases.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance of information in all documents.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
Document & Presentation Preparation
- Prepare professional documents and presentation materials, ensuring high-quality output.
- Review and proofread documents for accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.
Meeting Management
- Arrange, schedule, and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-up action plans.
- Attend meetings to provide administrative support, take notes, and summarize key points.
Independent Judgment
- Exercise independent discretion to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and support decision-making.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism.
Other Administrative Duties
- Support special projects, events, and initiatives as needed.
- Assist in improving administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Proficiency in technical and business vocabulary.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and maintain discretion in handling confidential matters.
