EAM Analyst

Clarity Partners is seeking an EAM Analyst local to Chicago, IL. This individual will contribute to system enhancements by creating commodity codes, managing contract and price updates in the system, and actively participating in the continuous improvement of EAM processes. This position will report in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the maintenance of data quality for new and existing reports.
• Develop strategic improvement plans for inventory processes.
• Analyze data & perform research to diagnose problems.
• Utilize SQL and BI in everyday responsibilities.
• Provide day-to-day operational support by creating, adding, and deactivating users and user groups.
• Create and add new fields and data spies.
• Train internal employees and users on system functionalities while also creating Quick Reference Guides (ORGs) to support users in navigating the system efficiently.
• Create and maintain commodity codes in the systems used.
• Update contracts and prices in the systems as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in an EAM Analyst role or similar.
• Basic knowledge and proficiency of SQL and BI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.
