Job Description

This position will be a part of the DWMPMO team, which provides program management services to the Chicago Department of Water Management (DWM).

Responsibilities

· Problem-solving skills combined with analytical ability to analyze data, perform research, and diagnose issues that arise

· Strategize improvement plans

· Review and create preventative maintenance plans for water treatment facilities

· Create PPM task lists and schedules

· Aptitude to document and establish standard, policies and procedures

· Aptitude to work on multiple assignments simultaneously

· Data Quality Control

• Maintain data quality for existing/new reports for different bureau of DWM (BOD, BWS, Water Quality, BES)
• Create/validate/execute/document test case
• Pull data samples to evaluate the accuracy of the database

· Support EAM

• Creating adhoc reports for DWM management.
• Creating end-user reference documentation
• Support production deployments

Skills and Knowledge

· Familiarity with CMMS

· Proficient in MS Office applications, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project

· This position is office based·

 Team player with great communication skills

Education Requirements 

• ​​​​​​​A 4-year college (BS) degree, preferred in relevant field

Preferred Requirements:

· Asset management software and inventory tracking systems, such as InforEAM

· Basic SQL

· Use of Reporting Systems (Power BI, Tableau, Birst)
