Join the EAME Distribution Team as an EAME Facilities Security Manager . In this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing the latest facility security processes and protocols, collaborating with different business units on emergency management plan development, and contributing to ensuring the safety of our employees and visitors across the EAME facilities. You will also play a key role in creating a strong level of awareness to the importance of security via the appropriate training programs and materials.
EAME Distribution's mission is to deliver superior customer experience, profitable market leadership and services growth through industry-best distribution performance. We provide governance and administration of Catยฎ dealers across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia
Role Definition
Develops and implements facility security policies and procedures across the EAME Region; advises and collaborates with respective facility leadership, Emergency Management Team and global/local security staff to ensure regulatory and legal compliance.
Responsibilities
- Designs, implements, and executes security plans, collaborates with business units on Emergency Management and business continuity plans.
- Developing, monitoring, and updating country specific security profiles; gathering and reporting security-related information from local and regional sources.
- Maintains security awareness training program and conducts/presents training materials. Administer and manage Risk Vulnerability Assessments, Emergency Management Exercises and participates in the EM program.
- Implements security policies and procedures at facilities, manages access control, CCTV and visitor control programs. Assists BU's with Physical Security requirements as needed.
- Ensures regulatory security guidance is implemented appropriately.

Employee Security: Knowledge of techniques, equipment, and processes to ensure employee security; ability to implement the measures necessary to safeguard an organization's employees and visitors.
Premises Security: Knowledge of tools, techniques and technologies to ensure premises security; ability to undertake risk assessment and ensure the safety of life and property in physical premises.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
- Must possess a background in security, military or law enforcement and multi-year experience insecurity
- Prior successful experience supporting multinational organizations
- Prior operational experience supporting organizations in the EAME region
- Strong customer service skills
- Language proficiency of English, French and Arabic in writing, speaking and reading.

Note - The position can require up to 40% travel across the EAME region facilities.
