Operating in the global market place means multinational companies face a variety of different business, cultural, language and regulatory environments. Our International business helps these companies navigate the challenges of multi country complexity based on context knowledge of trends and innovative multi-client

solutions. In particular, we help multinational companies develop global/cross-border solutions that meet the

needs of both local and headquarter management in the design, establishment, financing, operation, oversight

and monitoring of their compensation and benefit programs around the world. In doing so, we work closely with our local offices in other geographies, as well as subject matter experts in other segments.

The Role

As an analyst you will work as part of a team to provide consulting advice and services to multinational

companies concerning retirement as well as broader benefits and compensation issues for their operations

globally. You will serve as a resource for associates and consultants in charge of engagements by performing

many intricate aspects of their client work. You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will

draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present

results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Client • Serve as primary resource and liaise effectively with colleagues and clients regarding data collection,

analyses, and project execution required for: • Accounting for pension and benefit costs • Actuarial valuations • Retirement plan benefit calculations and statements • Assist with analyses required for special projects including mergers and acquisitions, benefit plan

strategy and design, plan management and governance strategy, and global financing and funding

policies • Prepare the first draft of deliverables for review by associates and consultants • Seek and participate in key learning and development opportunities • Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches, including monitoring and analyzing

economic conditions in major markets around the world and updating country profiles

People • Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional and global teams • Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels

Financial • Meet chargeable hours targets • Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by assisting with proposals
