Position Overview:
The Early Careers TA Specialist will be part of our Talent Acquisition Early Careers team and support our team of Manager and recruiters in their day-to-day work. This role is critical to the team and will support our Early Careers/Campus team in building our brand on campus.
Responsibilities:
• Identifying creative approaches to events and activities for our recruitment needs.
• Managing Early Career background checks and onboarding documents for completion, prior to candidate start date.
• Coordinate and arrange candidate interviews along with the planning of all the logistics for travel, food and accommodation
• Be an ambassador of candidate and client experience by ensuring there is proactive communications with candidates and recruiters
• Working closely with the recruiters in setting up career fairs and events successfully.
• Develop process recommendations to achieve operational excellence.
• Own and monitor Campus recruiting mailbox
• Schedule and coordinate university recruiting events in partnership with the recruiter, by owning the planning of catering, swag ordering and distribution and other related activities
• Record and track progress on scheduled interviews.
