Earned Value Management Analyst - TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Poly

Clearance: active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly

Requirements

BA/BS degree with a major in Engineering, Operations Research, Cost Estimating, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration with 18 semester hours of quantitative analysis.

6 years experience in the earned value management and cost report analysis field.

Experience in working with and maintaining an EVM Contract Data Requirements List.

Experience conducting and documenting Program Status Reviews (PSR) and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs).

Preferred: Expert knowledge of cost factors development, cost estimating relationships and risk analysis.

Responsibilities:

Estimating experience and demonstrating progressively more responsible assignments.

Managing the development and cost of the program.

Planning, developing and documenting full life cycle cost estimates.

Developing and analyzing Cost Analysis Requirements Description.

Evaluate the quality of EVM data submittals and perform data and trend analysis

Working knowledge EIA Standard 748-A.

Conduct EVMS joint surveillance reviews or other EVMS surveillance activities.
