Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities for East Coast Front Desk Regional Manager

  • Must currently live within the region and be available for travel to regional offices.
  • Current East Coast Region is Royal Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, and Boynton Beach.
  • Customer service and accountability for the Front Desk assistants on the East coast of Florida through leading, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Implements the customer service and front desk strategies to provide top-notch customer service and compliance to our patients.
  • Monitors and aids patient scheduling procedures for all Regional Offices.
  • Assures the Front Desk Representatives are utilizing and complying with the policies and procedures of the company to ensure customer service and maintain patient compliance and scheduling.
  • Leads weekly training and management sessions with existing front desk assistants.
  • Trains and develops new front desk assistants through multiple platforms including virtual and face-to-face meetings.
  • Critical involvement in hiring and interviewing new front desk team members.
  • Analyzes critical statistics and creates corrective action plans for each office in the region.
  • Carefully approves time off and coverage for Front Desk Assistants.
  • Steps in or provides coverage solutions for front desk team members when a post is open due to vacation, illness, etc.
  • Provides feedback and coaching to Front Desk Assistants through in-person office visit shadowing.
  • Properly utilizing the defined channels of communications within the organization for all needs, requests, and complaints.
  • Works with other Department Team Leads to solve challenges that arise between departments.
  • When needed, provides disciplinary accountability for the Front Desk Assistants in the region with appropriate documentation.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of proven success in Front Desk management.
  • Management of 7-10 team members for at least 5 years, if in multiple locations, this a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Health Care Administration, or related discipline. Natural teacher, trainer, mentor, and coach.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as proven interpersonal skills.
  • Computer proficiency with web-based tools and Microsoft office as well as Electronic Health Records

Compensation

  • $65,000-$80,000 salary depending on experience
