This role is part of our Personalized Creative team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalized, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behavior's, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Ancestry, Walmart, and more!

ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE

This role is part of the eBay C2C CRM Marketing team based in Toronto. You will be responsible to work cross-functionally with multiple departments, helping manage the coordination and execution of engaging marketing programs and campaigns for eBays owned channels; onsite, push and email. You will be reporting to the C2C CRM Sr Marketing Manager and focus on creating a globally scalable growth program for C2C sellers.

This is a full-time, 6 month temporary contract.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute the C2C CRM Growth owned channels marketing plan creating personalized and scalable customer journeys.
  • Execution of campaigns managing internal stakeholder relationships to meet briefing deadlines and ensure programs and campaigns are delivered on time
  • End to end campaign management of email, push notification and onsite marketing campaigns from creative brief to execution
  • Ensuring all marketing activity is effectively targeted, delivered and evaluated
  • Reporting in channel performance and provide actionable insights for ongoing campaign optimisation
  • Coordinating the CRM campaign reports and sharing learnings to improve future campaigns
  • Champion eBay, the customer and their needs
  • Brief and manage creative asset creation with the agency Creative Team

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of data-driven direct marketing strategies, showcasing expertise in areas such as email campaigns, customer segmentation, and onsite marketing.
  • Experience managing and leading the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns
  • Ability to write detailed and succinct creative briefs for a range of digital projectsĀ 
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to build internal relationships quickly and be seen as a safe pair of handsĀ 
  • Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects, keeping relevant stakeholders informedĀ 
  • Demonstrate flexibility and agile way of working as marketing plans and priorities evolve
  • Organised, with an ability to work quickly and efficiently to ensure deadlines are metĀ 
  • Self-starter with plenty of initiative and drive - approaching projects with creativity and innovationĀ 
  • Invested in results and demonstration of a can-do attitude
  • Customer first attitude, thinking not only on the specific communication you are creating, but also on the full End to End journey
  • Good eyes for details and creatives
