ECM Solution Engineer

The ECM Solution Engineer is responsible for the successful implementation of Deluxe Enterprise Content Management (ECM/Onbase) solutions on projects and configurations as assigned. Prepare implementation status reports for project managers, clients, and as required, internal management and provide technical knowledge to ensure successful project completion on time and within budget, while exceeding client expectations.

Required to meet the client billability levels and billing rates as established for this position:

• Implement up to five small projects (every 100 hours or less) simultaneously as well as upgrades and add on's up to 1000 hours. Assist on larger more complex projects that require more than one resource.
• Work with the project team to prepare customer or internal system by customizing base software application and entering customer-specific data according to the CRD and other project documentation. Facilitate business process and technical discovery with our customers for each solution.
• Test systems prior to delivery and during implementation at the client site or internally to ensure a quality product. Document defects and resolution approach working collaboratively with other team members to resolve issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by keeping client and internal team apprised of installation plan, progress, and daily updates. Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
• Assist Customer Care with customer calls as needed, create and modify internal department documents as needed, attend and pass all certifications as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelors degree and 2 years of related experience, including Onbase experience or HS/GED and 6 years of related experience, including Onbase experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors of Information technology, math, computer science, Business or Engineering

Experience: 4 years in banking, Treasury Management and/or payment processing is preferred.
