Overview

The Digital Commerce Activation Specialist will be responsible for significantly accelerating SGWS Proof eCommerce activation and customer orders on the platform.

Primary Responsibilities

• Sell through SGWS Proof eCommerce to accounts including Off-Premise, regional, and national customers
• Setup activation appointments
• Assist the customer to register, create an account, and place their first order
• Give the customer a guided tour of SGWS Proof eCommerce focusing on the features and benefits that support their value proposition
• Address any concerns or comparisons to competing platforms or offerings
• Provide basic troubleshooting support
• Schedule follow-up visits if necessary
• Capture high-quality images in select accounts of product placements including menus, features, back bars, shelf sets, cold boxes, and displays to support execution tracking
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and five years of experience in beverage alcohol distribution
• 21 years or older

Physical Demands

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or mobile device
• Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
• May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
