We planted our roots in Newark, New Jersey during the Great Depression, selling premium nuts on Mulberry Street's open-air market. The role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated E-Commerce Associate Manager to join our team at Nuts.com. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a customer-centric online experience and assisting in the development of compelling campaigns and promotions. As an E-Commerce Associate Manager, you’ll play a key role in understanding how customers navigate our store and in supporting the design of shopping experiences that promote customer engagement, trust, and purchases. This role will support and report to the E-commerce Manager.

What you'll do:

• Assist in enhancing our site experience through operational efficiency, helping in updating daily site content including modules, landing pages, and participating in A/B tests
• Support in monitoring site health and performance through analytics and key metrics (e.g. conversion rate, click-through rates, AOV, bounce rate, etc.), and contribute to the development of metrics dashboards, providing valuable insights to the E-Commerce team to help guide the overall direction for the site
• Utilize our site tools to support key functionalities such as the taxonomy, navigation, and search to improve the customer journey on our site
• Help manage the campaign and promotional calendar in coordination with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Tech teams to achieve different customer goals
• Assist in developing a content testing roadmap through a mix of algorithms and curation to present a cohesive story that brings products to life and wins customers’ hearts and minds
• Keep up with trends and apply a keen aesthetic sense, combining competitive analyses, content, merchandise, and presentation to create a site experience that feels unique and inspirational
• Support manager in using analytics, customer insights, and A/B testing to understand customer behavior and translate complex data into actionable and impactful steps towards a best-in-class shopping experience
• Assist in creating business requirements in partnership with the Product team to contribute to the product roadmap while supporting A/B tests, new features, and optimizations
• Support in conducting competitive audits, constantly looking for ways to distinguish us from the competition and support new and enhanced functionality to make the shopping experience easy and convenient

What You’ll Bring:

• 3-5 years experience in digital merchandising or E-commerce roles (Food & Beverage or adjacent industry preferred)
• Detail-oriented, ability to multitask; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment 
• Aptitude for working with Google Analytics and Google Sheets
• Highly collaborative and communicative with cross-functional teams
• D2C and B2B experience a plus
• Experience using CMS and site tools such as Dynamic Yield a plus

Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experience and qualifications for the role. Base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include short & long term incentive compensation. In addition, employees are eligible for our standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and 401K match.
