We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for our Ecommerce development projects. The Ecommerce Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders in customer experience business functions to understand their needs and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that business requirements are met in the Ecommerce development process.• Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional requirements, use cases, and test plans.• Create user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams to effectively communicate requirements to development teams.• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that the ecommerce application meets business requirements and industry standards.• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements. Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Ecommerce development and apply them to improve our technical solutions.

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an ecommerce or digital environment• Proficiency in Jira• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is beneficial. Strong understanding of ecommerce concepts, platforms, and best practices• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.• Ability to gather and document requirements, create process flows, and analyze business processes.
