Ecommerce Email Marketing Manager
Job Description
Detailed Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plan and maintain annual ecommerce mailing calendar.
- Ensure all mail IDs are appropriately planned in regard to strategy, plan information and merchandising.
- Email package slotting - Slot packages based on timeframe, contest, rotation, overall performance, merchandising strategy & testing.
- Maintain Bonus Page paradigm, including package selection, anchor promotions and ensuring loyalty level members receive the required follow-up offers.
- Input relevant details into database for all email ecommerce programs including contest structure/giveaway numbers, deadline dates, entries, audience filters, devices, bonus pages, targeting/directed messaging, segments and testing.
- Participate in event brainstorming meetings and communicate with Creative Team as necessary
- Plan and track all e-commerce devices, including SLP, CCR Messaging, Super Charged assets, Ordering Devices, Loyalty Devices, Expanded Contest Assets.
- Brainstorm and execute testing initiatives with team members. Maintain testing roadmap document, test grids and request results as necessary.
- Work with PCH.com team to ensure no audience overlap.
- Review and approve all email proofs, paths, including Evergage for email programs on desktop & mobile for 8 individual segments. Communicates all issues to relevant teams, and follow-up before "sign-off".
- Regularly prepare reports for Finance and Marketing teams.
- Serving as a backup for the rest of the team when necessary.
Required Skills/Experience
- Bachelors Degree or higher from accredited university
- 5+ Years of Online Marketing and/or Operations experience
- Proficient in Excel and other Office applications
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Team Player
- Ability to balance multiple assignments and responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
