Position Summary:

In the eCommerce Manager position, you'll be at the forefront of developing and enhancing our eCommerce strategies. This pivotal role encompasses driving digital sales, improving the digital customer experience, and implementing strategies to strengthen our market position. You will be instrumental in steering the company's growth.

- Effectively Collaborates - Proven ability to work across Operational and Technical teams, addressing challenges and implementing solutions.
- Deals with Ambiguity - Comfort with ambiguity and rapid changes typical in a dynamic business environment.
What You'll and Impact:
- Develop strategies to drive and optimize online sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, UX, GTM, Product Management) to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives.
- Drive online sales and achieve revenue targets by effectively managing the digital sales funnel and conversion optimization strategies.
- Guide GTM and product teams on product placement, assortment, and promotional strategies.
- Conduct customer research, monitor user behavior, and implement targeted enhancements.
- Work collaboratively to drive digital marketing efforts across SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media channels.
- Define and track KPIs, analyzing metrics such as leads, customer acquisition, utilization, and conversion rates.
- Work with analytics teams to monitor e-commerce trends and derive actionable insights.
- Provide comprehensive reports on e-commerce performance to senior management.
- Cultivate a culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or relevant experience
- 3+ Years of experience in e-commerce marketing g
- Expert-level knowledge of digital analytics tools and CMS tools.
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing and advertising best practices .
- Understanding of UX design best practices.
- Experience with B2B e-commerce.
Additional Items of Interest:
- Familiarity with UX research best practices.
- Experience working cross-functionally, especially with sales and engineering teams.
- Familiarity with email marketing best practices.
