Job Summary

Responsible for executing marketing efforts to gain new customers and maintain current subscriber base. Owns marketing campaigns end to end and communicates results across teams and to leadership. Makes data driven decisions to improve the customer experience in the dotcom sales channel. Utilizes data visualization and analytics tools to showcase sales channel performance. Serves as marketing contact for employees and outside vendors. Tracks market trends, analyzes results and draws conclusions about performance in order to recommend improvements to marketing strategies and tactics. Serves as subject matter expert and provides guidance to employees as required. Develops process and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in development and meeting of, departmental budget.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Owns paid search, retargeting and email campaigns including reporting, documentation and project management.
  • Interfaces with cross functional teams to manage ecommerce tests and results, regularly communicating status to stakeholders.
  • Executes and communicates ecommerce reporting on a weekly and monthly basis to be shared with internal teams and leadership.
  • Works cross-functionally to create and automate foundational and supporting dashboards with scalable reliability and the end users' experience in mind.
  • Drives department efficiencies through building and enhancing internal processes.
  • Effectively communicates analysis process and findings via oral, written, and visual communication
  • Advanced Excel and Adobe Analytics knowledge
  • Effectively manage competing priorities through planned and ad-hoc requests
  • Partners with HQ partners to create and validate sales performance reporting. Manages expectations through active communication, prioritization, and follow-through with stakeholders.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Translates business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge and understanding of customers, products and industries.
  • Develops and maintains demographic and other market data as needed in order to support marketing goals.
  • Analyzes subscriber numbers and packages and revenue to determine performance compared to budget.
  • Creates reporting to measure success of marketing programs.
  • Assists with maintaining and improving ongoing marketing programs, analyses and reports.
  • Develops new ideas and communicates potential uses for analytics across the business.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
