eCommerce Marketing Strategist, Chewy

The eCommerce Marketing Strategist is responsible for contributing to Chewy growth objectives through direct execution of paid advertising activations across Search (Chewy Sponsored Ads), Social and other channels as necessary. The ideal candidate will be an advanced level user of native digital advertising platforms, such as Google, Meta, etc., and able to execute campaign creation and optimization for key KPIs. This role will work closely with other members of the Chewy team to manage and deliver growth and financial targets, and both short and long-term customer objectives
What are we looking for?
- Undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline
- 2 years of marketing execution experience, including paid search and social
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platform algorithms and nuances (Meta, TikTok, Google, Retail Media Networks, etc).
- Demonstrated ability to manage dynamic budget and perform frequent optimizations
- Strong time management skills
- Has a self-starter attitude for tasks and projects
- Problem solver who can work independently
- Comfortable with ambiguity
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Manage day-to-day digital marketing campaign execution across search, social and other channels as necessary
- Proactively optimize every aspect of our paid digital marketing activation to achieve primary KPIs in line with brand goals and objectives
- Develop and present monthly performance recaps and insights to key internal stakeholders
- Lead the creative development process by briefing agencies and collaborating with internal cross-functional partners
- Manage campaign budget, tracking and reconciliation process

Pay Range:
$71.092,00 - $106.638,00
