Ecommerce Operations

YOUR MISSION

Key Objectives:

As an Ecommerce Operations, you will ensure smooth online retail processes by overseeing logistics, inventory management, customer experience, and data analysis. You will oversee everything related to e-commerce documentation and procedures.

Responsabilities:

• Allocating product range to ensure there is enough stock to satisfy customer demand in customer´s web sites.
• Allocating stock effectively across web sites in order to achieve sales targets. Monitoring deliveries and new product releases.
• Monitoring Online KPIs such as conversion rate, online traffic or sales transaction volume.
• Follow up Inventory process twice a year.
• Follow up online stock level regularly and provide insights about it.
• Full ownership over the entire online document workflow and promo strategy. Deep dive analysis support.
• Working closely with operational and logistic team to ensure an effective delivery process.
• Effective communication across all areas of the business.

YOUR TALENT

University degree in business / marketing or master’s in digital marketing.

1-2 years of E-comm and Sales experience in consumer goods, fashion, or athletic product industry.

Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Upper intermediate level in Excel is a must.

SAP knowledge will be a plus.

Analytical skills to understand the business and identify key drivers and opportunities.

Dynamic, energetic individual with passion for the PUMA brand.

Fluent written and spoken English.

SaaS Software such as Mirakl is a plus.
