Our office is in the heart of Beverly Hills, CA near shops and restaurants. The building was designed by world-renown architect I.M. Pei — there’s plenty of natural light, open space with a co-working vibe, an in-building gym, calming yoga and meditation studio and an indoor tree spanning 3 floors. Our HQ is not too far from our production facility in Montebello, CA where we operate the largest, most technologically advanced cutting facility in the western hemisphere.Â
The E-Commerce Operations Associate Manager will be responsible for preparing, organizing and merchandising all digital assets for BELLA+CANVAS wholesale (B2B) and retail (B2C) websites. This role requires a highly organized self-starter who has a thorough understanding of online platforms and a proven track record for managing complex digital projects in an iterative, fast-paced environment. Heavy collaboration and coordination with key cross-functional team members is also required to ensure onsite content achieves cohesive storytelling. This role will report to the Senior Director of E-commerce. Â
The Details:
- Manage, deploy, and archive web assets per quarterly campaigns, monthly product launches, and annual collection drops. Utilization of catalog management system, on-site search tool, content management system and other web applications for two websites.
- Create and merchandise category/collections pages per weekly newsletter features for color & product highlights.
- Strategize to bring brand vision, user experience improvements, and functionality and merchandising initiatives together.
- Analyze data to make strategic decisions to improve conversion and drive sales.
- Constant process improvements for marketing, website systems, direct product handoffs and cross-functional partnerships.
- Oversee implementation and successful execution of weekly marketing content, and strategize to improve on-site marketing experience.
- Responsible for all site promotions, testing, and execution.
- Suggest processes and strategies to improve web production tasks and projects such as product activation, quality assurance, merchandising, promotions/sales, on-site search maintenance, and marketing content implementation.
- Maybe add copy/seo experience – may need to update product descriptions (partner with technical design on product descriptions)
- Post monthly SEO articles to blog
- Establish cross-functional partnerships with Copy, SEO/Digital Marketing, Planning, Marketing, IT, Merchandising, and Creative teams.
Required competencies:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 2-3 years of experience working in a B2B or ecom operations environment.Â
- Expert level knowledge and experience with web based product, content and catalog management systems.
- Experience using analytic tools such as Google Analytics
- Superior verbal and written communication skills that can be applied inter/intra departmentally to obtain critical information from other teams and among leadership.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools such as Asana.
- Strong organizational skills and highly deadline driven.
- Collaborative, team player, hungry to learn and grow within the team/business
- Ability to see big picture as well as dive into the small details.
- B2B web experience is a plus.
The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
