Job Description

• ⁠Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs
• ⁠Assist the e-commerce operations team with on-boarding to hit online sales targets:
  •  Shoot and measure merchandise
  •  Edit and upload products
  •  Order fulfilment
  •  Warehouse management
• ⁠Work closely with marketing team to ensure online SOPs are running smoothly
• ⁠Work closely with SG e-commerce ops team to ensure delivery and logistics are handled smoothly
• ⁠Coordinate with part-timers to plan monthly work schedule
• ⁠Provide customers support through channels, including but not limited to email and social media
• ⁠Responding to customer enquiries within an agreed response time
• ⁠Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams
• ⁠Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Qualifications

• ⁠Diploma/degree in the related field
• Experience with Warehouse Management (preferred)
• ⁠Good command of English
• ⁠Skilled in Microsoft Office
• ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• ⁠Detail oriented, organised and has good time management
• ⁠Able to work independently and display strong initiatives
• ⁠Able to commute office located in Kuala Lumpur
