Job Description
- â Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs
- â Assist the e-commerce operations team with on-boarding to hit online sales targets:
- Â Shoot and measure merchandise
- Â Edit and upload products
- Â Order fulfilment
- Â Warehouse management
- â Work closely with marketing team to ensure online SOPs are running smoothly
- â Work closely with SG e-commerce ops team to ensure delivery and logistics are handled smoothly
- â Coordinate with part-timers to plan monthly work schedule
- â Provide customers support through channels, including but not limited to email and social media
- â Responding to customer enquiries within an agreed response time
- â Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams
- â Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Qualifications
- â Diploma/degree in the related field
- Experience with Warehouse Management (preferred)
- â Good command of English
- â Skilled in Microsoft Office
- â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- â Detail oriented, organised and has good time management
- â Able to work independently and display strong initiatives
- â Able to commute office located in Kuala Lumpur
