The Role
You’ll help define and execute the next generation of Sleep Doctor’s e-commerce business and product strategy in our emerging brands vertical, with a strong focus on CPAP and Bedding Products, Home Sleep Tests, and other sleep oriented products. As an E-commerce Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our e-commerce business, contributing directly to our company’s growth and success.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the e-commerce website.
- Oversee the listing, merchandising, and pricing of products. Implement quality control measures to maintain high product standards and ensure accurate product listings, descriptions, and images.
- Leverage advanced technical skills to streamline and automate various e-commerce processes using tools such as Zapier, Shopify Flow, Zoho Flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate e-commerce platforms with other business systems, such as ERP and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the development and design teams to execute website changes and ensure they align with the overall conversion optimization strategy.
- Identify bottlenecks in operational workflows and implement solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to elevate the online shopping experience and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as conversion and bounce rates, to measure the effectiveness of conversion optimization efforts.
- Regularly assess and analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and other relevant metrics to inform decision-making
- Implement strategies to enhance the online customer journey, from browsing to checkout.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of current DME products and services offered by the company.
- Use independent judgment in regards to product processing, keeping quality and goals in mind
Who You Are:
- Strong technical proficiency, including familiarity with e-commerce platforms, web analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Shopify Plus and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Shopify Flow).
- You are interested in the Health and Wellness space, particularly sleep.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, or Computer Science.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce customer experience or conversion rate optimization.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, website optimization techniques, and data analysis.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.
- Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Possess mental alertness and ability to properly treat confidential information.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative cross-functional environment; can multi-task and pivot with relative ease as priorities change

Compensation Range
$75,000 to $95,000. Note that final compensation is subject to the candidate’s specific qualifications and location, as well as the needs of the company.
The Company currently provides medical, vision, and dental insurance with 99% to 100% of the employee medical, vision, and dental premiums covered by the Company. There is an option to participate in both a medical FSA and dependent care FSA. We offer a 401(k) plan, with fully matching contributions up to 3% of salary and 50% matching from 3% to 5% of salary. You will be eligible for Paid Time Off in accordance with the company’s policies. Our Seattle-based employees will receive commuter benefits.
