We’re Looking For An: eCommerce Optimization Specialist who will be the SME for our branded website customer behavior and analytics. Will be responsible for developing, experimenting, testing, and optimize the marketing efforts on our branded websites that will drive performance through A/B testing, segmentation and personalization.
Location: Woodland Hills, CA or Remote
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain an A/B testing pipeline for our branded websites that leverages data and insights to provide segmentation and personalization to improve the customer experience.
- Formulate clear test hypotheses, test plans, test road map and prioritize tests
- Perform A/B and multivariate optimization tests visitors for significant improvements in site experience, applications and performance.
- Increase revenue generated on branded websites by increasing customer engagement, cart sizes, and frequency of purchases.
- Partner with Development, Brand Managers, and UX/UI Design team to maintain an efficient pipeline of ideas that stay congruent with brand messaging and strategy.
- Continually looking for ways to improve branded site experience, including the customer account portal.

- Creative thinking; excellent organization skills and high attention to detail; and the ability to build strong relationships and exercise excellent follow-up
- In-depth understanding of user behavior monitoring
- Demonstrates competence in clear, concise communication, particularly when managing tight deadlines
- Work efficiently within a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Collaborative - you know how to give and receive feedback in a constructive way
- Ability to independently organize and implement several multi-step projects at once
- Must have a robust willingness to learn, support, and actively participate in the growth of the business
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, required
- Required Experience:
- 3-5 years’ online digital marketing and/or eCommerceÂ
- 1-2 years’ demonstrated experience managing & optimizing an ecommerce website, with the ability to provide ROI. Â
- 1- 2 years’ experience structuring A/B tests.
- Data-driven with experience in web optimization methodologies, experimentation frameworks and the marketing technology stack.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Interaction Studio, or Evergage, preferred
- Basic HTML/CCS proficiency, preferred
