Job Summary:

Supermicro is seeking an eCommerce Product Specialist (Digital Marketing) who will help lead marketing activities to support Supermicro's eCommerce website. This role is responsible for various tasks including but not limited to working with PMs to add products on our site, running various marketing campaigns (email/social media/paid social/ads), working on finding various ways to drive traffic and sales to the eStore, and more. A successful candidate must be able to work independently and take initiative on making the eStore a successful business channel for the company. Additionally, he/she will be in charge of planning and working cross-functionally to help create and promote new products to maximize exposure and revenue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing• Familiar with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and running various paid ad campaigns• Responsible for strategizing ways to drive traffic and revenue to the eStore• Plan, implement, and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO)• Create email, social media, and additional ad campaigns to drive traffic and revenue for the eCommerce site• Generate ideas and strategies to improve website metrics• Measure and report performance for all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies• Stay up to date with the latest global website trends

Product Management• Ensure our eCommerce website is running smoothly (frontend and operation)• Plan and work with global cross-functional teams (PMs/buyers, cost control, warehouse, marketing) to create and promote new products on the eStore• Continuously monitor and manage life cycle of all our products on our eStore• Monitor and research eStore product pricing with market and competition analysis• Monitor eStore inventory daily to ensure products are always well-stocked• Responsible for creating and validating tickets (bugs or features) on bug tracking system• Create and update our eStore product specs, descriptions, and images

Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent• Prior experience working in a cross-functional team environment• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing • Experience with Magento is added advantage• Experience in digital marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) with proven ability to achieve top search engine rankings• Experience in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads (experience in other analytics tool may be considered) is must• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (or related) experience is a plus• Excellent oral/written communication skills• Project management and team management experience is a plus• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)

Salary Range

$70,000 - $115,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
