We're on the hunt for a dynamic Technical eCommerce Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, eCommerce, and outstanding customer experience.

Your Mission:

Steer the direction of our Shopify eCommerce platform's projects from inception to successful implementation, while constantly enhancing the platform's capabilities and ensuring a world-class customer experience.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Ownership: You're not just managing; you're leading. Drive projects to timely completion, ensuring they remain within scope and on budget.
  • Collaboration: Act as the bridge between engineers, business units, marketing, and more. Your role is pivotal in ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Technical Expertise: With a deep understanding of eCommerce, guide teams through the best practices of Shopify implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Manage a team of talented engineers, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives. Collaborate on content and keyword strategies, SEO practices, and more.
  • Technical Coordination: Collaborate with Business Units and Marketing, writing user stories and requirements that propel technical execution and customer experience.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Regularly connect with Rapsodo stakeholders, prioritizing site roadmap initiatives and ensuring the highest quality deliverables.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Dive deep into site analytics and visitor data, using your findings to drive improved customer experience, forecasting, and sales growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee QA processes, change management, release management, and maintain the release calendar

Requirements

We'd Love It If You Have:

  • A Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in eCommerce web technologies.
  • Proven experience with Shopify platform (5+ years).
  • Mastery in SEO and marketing tools like GA/GTM.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools like Jira and Freshservice.
  • Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Residency in St. Louis, MO
