The Consumer Products Sales and Marketing Coordinator oversees and coordinates the sales and marketing efforts for ecommerce business activities. The position is focused on existing and new area business development within the consumer products department. 

Essential Functions

• Oversee all company consumer product ecommerce functions.
• Develop and expand the presence, exposure, and growth of online business activities.
• Create, develop, expand, and sell to existing and foreseeable wholesale vendors and outlets.
• Develop advertising and marketing campaigns for merchandise print, television, live events, and online advertising through internal and external resources.
• Oversee and process internal consumer product business orders for various departments.
• Administer promotional campaigns for the sale of consumer products.
• Create effective strategies to drive sales through various internal and external resources.
• Supervise a department budget.
• Create a sales plan strategy for growth related to relationships with company partners and licensees.
• Create, develop, and implement new business initiatives related to the sales and operations of consumer products.

Job Requirements

• Associate degree preferred.
• One to two years experience in an eCommerce/administration role. 
• Knowledge of Volusion and/or Shopify eCommerce System preferred.
• Distinguished in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Consumer product development, sales and advertising preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Hands-on expertise in web software (including but not limited to Adobe Creative Cloud / Photoshop, DreamWeaver.), Social media platform experience preferred.
• Experience in product photography and editing is preferred.
• Attention to detail (critical for writing/editing and grammar with content posting to live site).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Superior time management, organizational and negotiating abilities.

Given the touring nature of Feld Entertainment’s business, COVID vaccination is strongly encouraged for successful candidates.

To the extent international touring personnel are visiting a jurisdiction that requires vaccination, proof of vaccination in accordance with the relevant international law should be submitted directly to either the Tour Manager or to Human Resources at least six weeks prior to the start of the tour.
