POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The eCommerce Sales Specialist's mainresponsibilities include:
- Develop and grow new partnerships in niche markets for our closed channels
- Sales planning and execution
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to create and execute campaigns and promotional calendar
- Online store management, optimizing product assortments and pricing
This position will be responsible for creating andexecuting the sales strategy for the Direct to Consumer / Closed channels. This person is skilled at developing newbusiness opportunities through partnerships with different companies, prioritizingwork, establishing SOP's and ultimately driving sales for the eCommerce closedstore. They will work closely with our internal Marketing teams and externalmarketing agencies to create promo campaigns, incentives, in-person events and maintainengagement with our partners to drive user registrations. They will workclosely and cross functionally with digital marketing, merchandising, aftersales teams, IT and finance to maintain and refine online assortments, onlineoffers, pricing for online store within the Direct to Consumer platform.
The ideal candidate has a background in sales and eCommerce,has a proven track record of growing sales and establishing solid documentedprocesses.
ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and grow new business models/partnerships for our online closed channels, which includes sales for employees, friends & family and external companies that are Electrolux partners.
- Manage a promotional calendar, including analyzing performance drivers
- Execute planned promotions, helping to configure eCommerce websites and requesting content updates to ensure optimization of sales and margin for channel
- Daily monitoring of promotions used by consumers and work closely with merchandising and digital marketing to fine tune to drive conversion
- Interact with commercialization teams on planned launches for eCommerce stores.Ensure that minimum requirements for launch are achieved in platform, including master data, product info, pricing and inventory
- Responsible for the sales forecast of the channel, working closely to other sales, marketing and data teams to ensure accuracy on inventory availability and strategy.
- Configure Ecommerce platform for Family store, add items as needed, work with merchandising to create the correct assortments by platform and product line
- Serve as a liaison between customer service and consumers, helping with updating SOPs documents, product questions, product availability and optimizing consumer experience and purchase flow in the websites for better functionalities and content.
- Help to continuously improve the eCommerce websites with enhancements based on consumer feedback and input
- Participate in user acceptance testing, provide input, provide suggestions and engage in post deployment monitoring
- Ad hoc duties as needed to ensure a successful roll-out of the D2C website
MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field required, MBA preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of related business experience

- Strong Microsoft Office (excel)
- SAP Commerce and ERP(sales) skills are desirable.
- Previous experience with eCommerce processes is not required but are desirable
