eCommerce Shopify Consultant (Contract)

Paperless Post is seeking a consultant with experience in eCommerce to help optimize and temporarily run our Shopify storefront for a short-term contract (1-2 months). We are looking for someone with extensive experience on Shopify, a passion for eCommerce, and an eye for detail to help manage https://partyshop.paperlesspost.com/. You will be expected to deliver updates to our product catalog, implement new apps and product features in Shopify, and help merchandise onsite collections. The maximum fee for this project is $6000 and we expect it to take 8 - 12 weeks.

A little bit about us

The Paperless Post Merch Planning & Strategy team plays a meaningful role in identifying revenue opportunities across categories. From developing assortment plans that encourage higher conversion to optimizing onsite merchandising to help users find the perfect invitation, we play an integral role in working cross-functionally with nearly every team in the company.

What you’ll do here:

Optimize our Shopify site including day-to-day maintenance

Deliverables include: 

• Building out new SKUs in Shopify, ensuring  all product details are accurate
• Creating and merchandising new landing pages, as directed
• Updating on-site assets, as directed
• Researching and suggesting Shopify app integrations to improve operations and sales
• Testing and implementing new apps and product features
• Site testing and QA
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis, as necessary 

About You:

• Able to meet weekly deliverable timelines and any other pertinent milestones
• Examples of operating and optimizing Shopify-run eCommerce website
• Proven eCommerce experience
• Fluent in English
