The Role

The Ecommerce Site Operations Coordinator plays a key role in the operations of our Teva and AHNU ecommerce sites. The Ecommerce Site Operations Coordinator will support the GTM team and the ecommerce merchandising team by maintaining the product catalogue, ensuring all products are ready for launch and communicating effectively to cross-functional partners. An excellent candidate for this role is highly organized, has strong communication skills and is a motivated self-starter.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting GTM in the creative turnover process
  • Creating lists of style-colors and SKU imagery based on story direction (Ex. Best Sellers)
  • Help pull creative inspiration from EDITED
  • Assist in deck creation & communications
• Assisting GTM with website seasonal refreshes
  • Selecting specific style-colors and imagery based on submission list
  • Pulling website design inspiration from competitors
• Assisting GTM in homepage wireframe planning process
  • Select style-colors for wireframe carousel and merch boxes
    • Pull imagery from Cloudinary for carousels for the development team

• Website ticket creation & development
  • Assist with ticket creation in WF and Jira
    • HP wireframe tickets
    • Seasonal refresh tickets
• Pixlee Monthly Audit
  • Auditing and selecting UGC content of Teva wearers for a carousel on the homepage
     

Who You Are

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Action oriented with the ability to maintain an agile workflow
• Strong attention to detail
   

We’d love to hear from people with

• 1-2 years’ experience in related field
• Excel and database management experience
• Intermediate knowledge of project management systems
• Online experience and knowledge of site functionality

$30-32/hour

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
