eCommerce Site Operations Manager

About the Opportunity
Leslie's is the market leader in pool supplies, a position we work hard at maintaining by setting significant growth goals. The eCommerce team plays a large role in driving that growth, and we are looking for a leader to help us provide an unparalleled online customer experience for our residential customers and accelerate growth in our expanding digital presence for our professional and trade customers.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage a robust QA/UAT playbook to be used for daily site checks, releases and initiatives across multiple systems
- Ensure promotional plans are executed flawlessly across all web presences
- Understand Omni Channel metrics and partner with appropriate partners (IT, Supply Chain, Operations) to enhance the customer experience
- Champion the Business to Business (B2B) site and working closely with partners (Product, IT, Commercial and Stores teams) to prioritize the product roadmap
- Manage the store associate site to create a seamless experience for associates when placing orders on behalf of our customers
Essential Competencies:
- Work cross functionally to ensure that our customers receive the right online experience at the right time
- Ability to understand the flow of data across multiple systems. Understand how the data and the flow impacts the customer experience online
- Serve as the power user for multiple systems - providing necessary training and collaborating with business partners to achieve intended results
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and work closely with business partners to implement
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce B2B platform
- Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
- Experience with Jira / Confluence
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and project/program management skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to creatively resolve issues
- Solution-oriented with excellent time-management skills
- Experience managing direct reports
- Excellent communication skil
