To join CLEAResult as an Ecommerce Sourcing Coordinator, Drop Ship. This role supports our Ecommerce Sourcing team in managing our vendor relationships.

Support:

• Supplier Management

  • Maintain vendor scorecards and keep current with relevant information

  • Vendor/SKU pricing reviews and comps

  • Manage and answer direct vendor requests 

  • Support vendor invoicing questions and communications with vendors for resolution

  • Provide support for returns and order issues

  • Support inventory management processes

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure reorders happen in sufficient time

  • Manage and execute yearly contract renewals

• Promotional Support

  • Support the promotional calendar and ensure accuracy of all information

  • Manage any vendor needs and paperwork to ensure promotional accuracy

• Operational Support

  • Manage product lists for each store

  • Ensure vendor and client alignment on assortment

  • Support pricing efforts to maintain margins

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

• 2-4 years of applicable vendor management or ecommerce experience

• Some college or courses in digital marketing preferred

Target Compensation:

$65,000 - $75,000 / year

Compensation Range

$62,700.00 - $94,100.00
