Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented eCommerce Specialist based at our Greenville, NC location. 

  

What you will do: 

  • Lead the implementation and execution of eCommerce initiatives, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of new customers onto the company portal. 

  • Facilitate the setup and configuration of customer accounts, working closely with internal IT teams and external technical providers to establish system connections. 

  • Provide ongoing troubleshooting support, identifying and resolving issues to maintain seamless operations. 

  • Understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions, delivering clear recommendations to stakeholders. 

  • Communicate solutions and processes effectively to both internal teams and external customers. 

  • Maintain accurate documentation, manage data efficiently, and nurture strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and success.

What you will need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree: Business, Marketing, Communications, or IT, or 

  • Associate degree: 2-3 years of relevant experience, or 

  • In lieu of a degree: 5+ years of relevant experience. 

  • 2-5 years of customer-facing experience and data management experience. 

Skills, Experience, & Abilities   

  • Strong organizational and planning abilities, with attention to detail. 

  • Initiative-driven with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web applications. 

  • Analytical skills to understand and work with data in IT systems. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Access, with strong problem-solving capabilities. 

  • Positive and professional demeanor with the ability to engage and support customers effectively. 

  • Ability to learn and apply customer business systems, ensuring successful connectivity with the company’s eCommerce portal.
