Title:Â eCommerce Trading Manager (Italy)
Location:Â Remote
Salary:Â Dependent on experienceÂ
The Role Â
You will be a key member of the trading team working closely with the eCommerce Director taking ownership for on-site execution of our brands’ campaign and commercial activities and leading the communication with all digital marketing channels (SEA, SEO, Affiliates, Influencer, CRM and Social).Â
You will design and develop marketing strategies and commercial plans to attract target users through all online marketing channels, as well as support the development of marketing campaigns and strategies and drive our on-site and email messaging.Â
Responsibilities Â
- Daily monitoring of data and managing KPIs for all e-commerce metricsÂ
- Daily monitoring of the competitor landscape, reacting to any trading updates and proposing and implementing changes.Â
- Supporting the commercial strategy for our brands and clients, determining campaign briefs, pricing and discount strategyÂ
- Deep diving into every brand’s on-site experience and journey optimisation for the customerÂ
- Operating as a specialist for the customer’s expectations and demands and feeding those insights back to all digital channels (SEO, PPC, paid and organic social, influencer, video and content, affiliate, email, web design, web and software development and more) to optimise the overall channel marketing strategy
Skills Â
- Strong commercial awareness and numbers drivenÂ
- First experience in an e-commerce business, start-up or agency handling the online strategy and marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Email etc.)Â
- Self-organised, analytical, and comfortable presenting at all levelsÂ
- Ability to think both creatively and commerciallyÂ
- Excited to take on a range of brands’ operational activities with a motivated international team of like-minded individualsÂ
