The Community Analytics Ecosystem Lead is responsible for nurturing and growing Community Analytics partnerships.
CA relationships are exciting and often complex, requiring deep ecosystem knowledge and strategic prowess to drive results.
The individual for this role must be keenly adept at understanding blockchain technology, driving network & community evolution, and know how to build & maintain relationships that drive results.
**This role will be fully remote; all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply regardless of location.**
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the client with direct & frequent communications
- Deliver on KPIs and drive the team to hit targets - outcomes are critical
- Manage and lead client check-in meetings
- Drive efficient cross-functional collaboration within the Flipside org
- Build and execute programs for the Flipside Earn platform
- Provide succinct weekly reporting & updates to both internal and external teams
- Lead the narrative development process, ensuring a fluid customer experience
- Activate ambassadors and support the delivery of partner analytics requests
- Devote the appropriate amount of time per account based on contract size & needs
- Build relationships within partner ecosystems to: a) promote growth campaigns and b) champion Flipside's name
Supporting responsibilities:
- Support the Account Manager on QBRs & renewals with slide creation & KPIs reporting
- Provide ecosystem insights & SME to the business development team
- Advise on strategic decision-making for driving partner outcomes
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of 3+ years in customer success or account management, preferably in the blockchain or data analytics industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
