Department OverviewThe North America Enterprise and Channel Marketing team creates and oversees the execution of marketing plans and programs to support the growth of our enterprise and channel business (within the commercial space). The team oversees the strategic development and tactical execution of all aspects of the marketing mix, including vertical, demand generation, product launches, sales enablement, channel programs, and field marketing initiatives.
Job Description
The Ecosystem Solutions Marketing Specialist will lead the overall solution and ecosystem messaging for our target commercial markets. This position will hold ownership of understanding our market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer pain points and translate this knowledge into thoughtful and compelling messaging and sales enablement content.
The Ecosystem Solutions Marketing Specialist is a primary advocate for the end-to-end benefits of our solutions and is instrumental in crafting the future strategy around the messaging and marketing for our Safety and Security Ecosystem story. This role works closely with Sales, Product, Strategy, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and other Marketing team members to build brand recognition and strategic sales support around our differentiated ecosystem of technologies.
This position is well suited for candidates who are excited about paving their own way, have creative problem-solving abilities, content development skills, and work well cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
Responsibilities:

Partner with the Ecosystem Solutions and VS&A Strategic Partners leadership team to develop strategy, content, and messaging to expand the Safety and Security ecosystem programs across target industries.Â

Provide expertise on buyer personas and the overall buyer journey, criteria, and pain points for a subset of commercial verticals. Support sales priorities with content tailored to target verticals.Â

Work cross-functionally with sales, product, strategy, operations, supply chain, finance, legal, and other marketing team members to build and deliver differentiated messaging and positioning for our Safety and Security ecosystem.

Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders about ecosystem benefits and key messaging points.

Create high-value content (e.g., sales & channel enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, sales, and executive presentation decks) and work with the Digital Marketing, Sales, Product, and Business Development to activate the content.

Design campaigns to position the Safety and Security Ecosystem, generate demand, and lead the strategy and tactical execution.Â

Assist in coordinating industry events and trade shows to represent our Ecosystem solutions best and develop business opportunities.

Be a thought leader and evangelist for our Safety and Security ecosystem, including internal training, external speaking engagements, and other relevant sales and marketing engagements.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.Â

3+ years of marketing experience in product or solution marketing within technology, public safety, or security solutions marketing.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
