eCRM Marketing Manager (f/m/d)
Job Description
Purpose of Position
We are looking for someone to help grow and develop our email marketing activity. You will be responsible for supporting our eCRM specialist to build targeted and segmented email communications across the entire client lifecycle, from prospect to launch through to maturity and advocacy.
You will also help grow and maintain our business through marketing automation working with our new business, operations and client services teams to help build compelling and engaging campaigns that both acquire business and engage existing customers across all sectors and segments.

Key Tasks
- Use Pardot to create, test and deploy single and multi-step e-mail campaigns, landing pages, events and webinars for different distribution channels and customer segments
- Build and develop audience segments, maintain the email database, develop new distribution lists based on emerging client demands.
- Take ownership for the deployment of local e-mail campaigns in all markets
- Support the business with newly launched customer offers
- Provide ongoing support to the eCRM specialist and technical marketing team
- Provide campaign performance analysis and help build reports
- Support the wider marketing team with email marketing and advise on best practices
- Develop and maintain responsive e-mail templates and troubleshoot issues
- Test, analyse and report on e-mail campaign performance on a recurring basis. Identify trends and opportunities for improved open, click thru and conversion rates.
- Partner with the marketing team to manage and optimize the design concepts, content and layout of all email communications
- Ensure brand consistency in image and voice in all email touch points including marketing and nurture communications
Skills & Expertise
To be successful you will need to meet the below requirements.
- Previous experience in a CRM / digital marketing role
- Some hands-on experience within marketing automation programmes
- Educated to degree level
- Proficient in evaluation and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Experience of Pardot, or similar marketing automation tool
You will be expected to have some experience of delivering successful and targeted email campaigns in a B2C or B2B environment.
