$86,300 - $166,800

Department 9769 is a hard-working team that is responsible for the ownership, architecture, development, and implementation of many of the Sandia's enterprise computing services and platforms. These include email architecture and service delivery (Microsoft Exchange) and collaboration architectures (SharePoint Infrastructure and SharePoint Development) across all of Sandia's main networks - SCN, SPN and SRN. We are also responsible for implementing and supporting the new O365 services/applications in the cloud (Exchange Online, MS Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, etc.)

Security Clearance

We are seeking a highly motivated, knowledgeable, and experienced Information Systems Engineering Project Manager to become a member of the Sandia Enterprise Collaboration Services (ECS) team and help us manage our O&M services and implementation of the O365 suite of services!
On any given day, you may be called on to:
- Facilitate project planning meetings and Scrum activities (i.e., daily standups, retrospectives, sprint planning and sprint reviews)
- Identify new project risks and determine solutions to keep projects on track
- Coordinate with project team members to acquire project and task status
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to management either through presentations, email, meetings, or tiered accountability
- Ensure all project management standards are followed
- Coordinate across departments to ensure project tasks/achievements are completed
- Maintain project schedules and task through traditional project management tools (e.g., MS Project and SNL PMT) and Agile tools (e.g., ADOS)
- Build strong relationships within the team and with partners/customers to ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications We Require
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field plus five (5) years' experience; or a Master's degree in a related field plus one (1) year of experience; or an Associate's degree in a related field plus nine (9) years' experience; or thirteen (13) years' experience
- Experience leading delivery of sophisticated enterprise IT projects and reporting on project status at management and/or executive levels
- Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Scrum and risk management
- Ability to obtain and maintain DOE Q clearance
Qualifications We Desire
- Experience with Azure DevOps for work planning and execution
- Experience with Agile Scrum with Waterfall based executive reporting
- Experience with Sandia project requirements such as SDL, PMT, PRE, and tiered accountability
- IT technical experience/proficiency to help identify and remove roadblocks and understand project issues
- Scrum Product Owner and/or Scrum Master Certification
