ECS Senior Analyst

As a senior service analyst for the Executive Collaboration Service (ECS) this role requires customer facing and relationship management with our Corporate Staff and segment top leadership. This will support to deliver our service, develop, and deploy new capabilities as well as resolve technical issues. The ECS Senior Analyst role based in Chicago, IL, will support our Mars Snacking Senior Leaders and is part of the Executive Collaboration Services team of Mars Digital Technologies.
What are we looking for?
- BS/BA degree in IT related disciplines
- ITIL Certification a plus
- 4-6 years' experience in IT Service Management / Business Partnership / Executive Support experience preferred.
- Strong customer focus
- Comfortable working with senior business leaders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Successful management of small to medium size projects
- Management of vendors and contractors in terms of delivery of commitments
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver against objectives.
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Provide functional and technical support for the ECS customer base. This includes conducting regular pro-active personal IT check-ins, responding to user calls and requests, solving problems, service monitoring and change management.
- Coordinate and conduct user training sessions and conferences including training leadership team members on functionality and features, presenting upcoming enhancements and changes.
- Project manage event support which includes working closely with Corporate Affairs/stakeholders to provide digital technologies and support for special events such as offsite leadership summits, virtual meetings, and global & regional broadcasts.
- Develop and maintain support processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Interact with other teams, SITS, EBc, ECS Support
- Participate in the planning and execution of system and testing and implementation.
- Ensure the 5 Principles are followed for all activities.
- Work as part of a global team in the execution of tasks/projects
- Interact with senior management on a regular basis.
- Manage projects and lead enhancement and development activities. Requires working with customers, vendors, and internal technical teams to help implement new applications and services including continuous improvement activities.
- Work closely with software vendors on support and upgrade activities
- Manage an onshore/offshore technical teams for all support & development activities.
