Are you an IT Expert/Analyst fluent in English? We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IT Expert/Analyst to join our team and contribute to various international projects. If you are passionate about IT analysis and solutions, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Meeting with clients to determine requirements and define the scope of a project;
• Presenting prototypes to the client and gathering/processing client feedback;
• Developing and analyzing functional specifications;
• Designing business workflows in close cooperation with the client;
• Assisting and facilitating the development teams in implementing the requirements;
• Troubleshooting, incident, and problem analysis, software testing;
• Writing reports and preparing documentation as well as analyzing and compiling information;
• Installing IT systems;
• Preparing Test Cases;
• Trainings and sales support.

• University Degree in the field of Informatics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics or Physics, Business Administration;
• Minimum 7 years of experience in software design and development, preferably in the following technologies: Java, SQL, Java Enterprise Edition or Spring Boot (experience in NoSQL, GIT, Maven, Docker, JIRA, Confluence, and Scrum development shall be considered an asset);
• Minimum 3 years of work experience with Customs IT systems in EU member countries, EU candidate countries, or member countries of the Convention on Common Transit Procedure;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and time-management skills, ability to work across various projects;
• Excellent business analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Client-focused;
• Knowledge of written and spoken Macedonian and English.
