Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EDA Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing key accounts within the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) industry. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EDA sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the EDA industry.
• Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with expert guidance on our EDA products and solutions.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients.
• Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
• Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and market feedback.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the EDA industry or related fields.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of EDA tools, workflows, and the semiconductor design process.
• Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to meet client needs.
• Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin preferred.
