Edge Bander Operator

Mesa Arizona based cabinet manufacturer looking for an experienced Edge Bander operator to work with our state of the art equipment and produce high quality parts on a consistent basis. The position is full time and requires someone with a great attention to detail and knowledge of the equipment and is for experienced individuals only. You will be responsible for daily maintenance, machine monitoring for wear, testing output for the expected quality and incremental adjustments to correct from part to part and material type to material type. There is a production manager and equipment manager onsite to assist with larger issues and questions. We practice continual process improvement and expect feedback on process breakdown and/or attention to process detail while maintaining expected output.
